AAAAI Call for Session Proposals

CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS 2015 AAAAI Annual Meeting (February 20-24, 2015)

February 19 - 24, 2015 • Houston, TX

Welcome to AAAAI’s online submission site for the 2015 Annual Meeting. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the Annual Meeting programming process, and helping us identify the topics in allergy/immunology that you and your fellow allergy/immunology practitioners most need to explore. The Annual Meeting Program Committee invites proposal submissions for a variety of session types. For a description of the session types, download our Guide to Sessions.

We accept proposals for symposia, pro/con debates, workshops, courses and seminars. Changes to your submission can be made until the deadline. After the deadline, only completed submissions will be reviewed by the appropriate Interest Section. During this process, proposals may be revised, combined, forwarded as submitted or declined. The Interest Sections will then forward a list of proposals on to the appropriate Subcommittee of the Annual Meeting Program Committee.

Please review our Needs Assessment Report from a recent survey of AAAAI membership prior to submitting your proposal.

If you are having difficulty completing all of the proposal details or you would like to get input on your proposal, you can contact the Committee Chair or Vice Chair for Assistance. Please log into the AAAAI website to view committee contact information. You can also refer to an Example of a Complete Proposal for additional guidance.

Please note that proposals submitted for the 2015 AAAAI Annual Meeting are not guaranteed to be accepted for presentation. Proposals may be merged, edited, reworked or withdrawn from consideration during the review process by the Annual Meeting Program Committee. By submitting a proposal you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the proposal submission terms as stated above.

The AAAAI Annual Meeting attracts approximately 5,000 professionals in the field of allergy/immunology. CME and CE credits are offered for the conference.
