Methods: We developed a shorter questionnaire to aide rhinitis evaluation in a clinical setting. We validated the questionnaire against the RCAT.
We handed out both questionnaires to our patients in clinic between August 2014 and August 2015. 277 patients completed the questionnaires, aged more than 12 years.
We analyzed and compared the scores.
Results: Pearson correlation calculation between the two methods resulted in R value of 0.6882. With the P value being < 0.00001
Conclusions: The new modified rhinitis control assessment test might be a good alternative to evaluate symptomatic control in clinical setting
